How to Use
Step 1: Hold the Device
Place the device in the center of your palm with the buttons facing up. Grip it as if wrapping your hand around it.
Step 2: Power On
Press and hold the On button for about 2 seconds.
*The LED status light will blink, indicating the device has entered standby mode.
Step 3: Adjust EMS Level
Press + or − to select one of 5 EMS levels.
*If the device loses contact with your skin for more than 2 seconds, EMS resets to off.
Step 4: Power Off
Press and hold the Off button for about 2 seconds.
*The device also turns off automatically after 15 minutes of use, or 1 minute in EMS-off mode.
