It's an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) pelvic floor trainer designed to strengthen the pelvic muscles, improve bladder control, and support overall core wellness—all while sitting, even during bath time.

How often should I use it?

For best results, we recommend using it 3–5 times per week, for about 15 minutes per session.

Does this device hurt during use?

Not at all! The EMS pulses are gentle and adjustable across 10 intensity levels, so you can customize the experience to your comfort.

Who can benefit from this product?

It’s ideal for women looking to strengthen their pelvic floor, especially postpartum moms, women experiencing urinary leaks, or those focused on core health.

Is there a specific way to hold and use the motion brush?

For best results, we recommend firmly holding the brush against your scalp, face, neck, or shoulders, and gently pressing on these areas to relieve muscle tension.
