How to Return an Item

- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the return form. Attach the return shipping label and send the package to the address provided.

Processing Time:
- To Order Cancellation: please email support@mytrex.global within 24 hours of payment. Once we have received your cancellation request email, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. We won't accept any cancellations after the order parcel has been shipped out.
- For Order Returning: Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
